Refund Policy — Puppy Academy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of virtual currency ("Timer Skips") made through Puppy Academy.

All Sales Are Final

Timer Skip packs are digital virtual currency delivered instantly via a one-time redemption code after payment. Because the purchase is fulfilled immediately and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds for completed purchases, including in cases of accidental purchase or a change of mind.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund only in the following situations:

You were charged but never received a valid redemption code due to a technical error on our side.
A duplicate charge occurred for the same purchase.
Applicable consumer protection law in your country grants you a mandatory refund right that cannot be waived.

Payment Provider

Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as the merchant of record. Paddle's own refund and dispute-handling policies may also apply to your transaction.
