Welcome to Puppy Academy ("the App," "the Game," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Puppy Academy mobile and web application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Puppy Academy is a pet-training simulation game available on Android and web browsers. The App allows players to raise and train a virtual puppy through daily care actions, mini-games, and progression systems.
Puppy Academy is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for players of all ages, including children. If you are under the age required by the laws of your country to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf, and is responsible for any purchases made through the App.
The App offers optional, one-time purchases of virtual currency ("Timer Skips") that can be used to skip certain real-time wait periods within the Game. Timer Skip packs and their prices are displayed at the point of purchase.
Virtual currency has no monetary value outside the App, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices.
All purchases of virtual currency are final. Because Timer Skips are applied to your account immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. Your purchase is subject to the payment provider's own terms and privacy practices.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law; (b) use any automated system, bot, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage or to generate, trade, or resell virtual currency outside the App; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
All content in the App — including artwork, characters, animations, audio, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights in this content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Puppy Academy is operated by Aset Uayetayev (individual), Republic of Kazakhstan.
